It is the intention of Stakd to provide our customers with products and services that meet the specifications stated on our website as well as our customer’s expectations. In the unlikely event that your expectations are not met, we ask that the you email us immediately at admin@stakd.com.au and we will make every effort to reach a fast and mutually agreeable resolution.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any item are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

As all items are created custom to each job, refunds or exchanges are not permitted for change of mind.
