1. You'll answer some questions at checkout regarding your design. Alternatively, you can book a phone consult.
2. Your job will be allocated to one of our epic designers based on your brief.
3. We'll send you an initial design concept within 2 weeks of checkout (or consultation).
4. We'll continue to make changes based on your feedback until you're 100% happy.
5. All final files will be sent to you via email.
6. If you've also opted to print, your job will be sent to one of our print partners who will ship directly to you.
7. We keep all design files in our system so you do not need to continue to send them back and forth for any future updates.

An initial design concept will be delivered via email within 2 weeks of checkout.
Changes will be made within 2 business days of receiving your feedback for initial concepts.
Final files will be delivered to you via email within 2 business days of receiving confirmation that you're 100% happy.
If you've opted for a printed version, allow 7 business days for printing and assembly and up to 7 business days shipping with Australia Post.
